• Full Controller Reconditioning: Comprehensive strip-down, repair, cleaning, and recalibration (T&Cs apply).
• Thumb Stick Replacement with EnduraCal Hall Effect: Upgrade to EnduraCal Hall Effect technology to eliminate stick drift caused by carbon track wear. While the Hall Effect upgrade prevents wear-related drift, other factors like physical play may still affect calibration. However, recalibration can be easily done, and the module doesn’t require replacement.
• Button & Trigger Repair: Ensure all buttons and triggers are fully responsive for smooth gameplay.
• USB Port Repair: Fix charging and connectivity issues.
• Headphone Jack Repair: Restore your audio connection.
• Vibration Motor Repair: Restore the rumble function for immersive gaming.

💡 Warranty:
This warranty covers repair services for a period of 12 months from the date of repair. If the EnduraCal Hall Effect components experience any defects or functional issues during this time, they must be returned to the designated service location for repair. The warranty does not cover product replacement, exchange, or refunds.

The warranty is limited to defects arising from normal usage and does not cover general wear and tear, damage resulting from abusive use, improper handling, unauthorised modifications, or exposure to extreme conditions. Any signs of tampering, accidental damage, or misuse will void the warranty.

It is at our discretion whether to honour a warranty claim based on the condition of the returned product. By purchasing or returning the product for repair under this warranty, the customer acknowledges these terms and conditions.
