🔧 Service Overview:
Is your laptop overheating, running hotter than usual, or making more noise than it should? Over time, internal dust buildup and degraded thermal paste can seriously affect performance and lifespan. This dedicated clean-and-service upgrade delivers a full internal inspection, cleaning, and thermal refresh to help keep your laptop cool, quiet, and dependable.

This service includes:

✅ Strip & Clean:
Full internal dismantling of your laptop (where necessary) to remove dust, debris, and fan clogging.

✅ Replace Thermal Paste / Pads:
Old, dried-up thermal paste is carefully removed and replaced with high-quality thermal compound. Thermal pads are replaced if required.

✅ 12-Month Return-to-Base (RTB) Warranty:
Covers all workmanship and materials used during this service.

✅ Free Standard Return Postage (UK Mainland):
Tracked and insured return shipping upgrades available at checkout.

✅ Quick Turnaround:
Typically completed within 3–5 business days after receiving your laptop.

💡 Supported Brands:
Service available for most major laptop brands, including—but not limited to—HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, Toshiba, MSI, and Samsung. Unfortunately, this service does not currently cover Apple MacBooks or other Apple devices.

💼 Warranty Information:
Your service is backed by a 12-month Return-to-Base (RTB) warranty on workmanship and materials (thermal pads/paste). This warranty does not cover unrelated faults, user or accidental damage, or liquid ingress.

📦 How It Works:

1. Purchase the clean and service package to begin.
2. You’ll receive full instructions for sending your laptop to us (you cover the initial shipping cost).
3. We carry out your laptop clean and thermal service—usually completed within 3–5 working days.
4. Your tuned-up laptop is returned to you via free standard postage. Upgrade options for shipping are available at checkout if tracking or insurance is required.

📋 Terms & Conditions:

• Service applies to genuine, brand-name laptops only (HP, Lenovo, Dell, ASUS, etc.).
• Apple MacBooks and other Apple devices are not included.
• This service does not cover hardware repairs (e.g. screen, ports, battery)—it is strictly a maintenance service.
• Additional internal issues found upon inspection will be reported, with optional repair quotes provided on request.
• Free return shipping via Royal Mail or Evri (UK Mainland only). Upgrade options with tracking/insurance available at checkout.
