🔧 Service Overview: Having trouble getting your laptop to charge? If your charging cable wiggles, only works at certain angles, or isn’t recognised at all, the charge port may be damaged or worn out. This dedicated service covers the diagnosis, removal, and professional replacement of defective or broken laptop charging ports for most major brands—excluding Apple devices.

This service includes:

💡 Supported Brands: Covers most popular laptop brands, including—but not limited to—HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, Toshiba, MSI, and Samsung. Unfortunately, this service does not cover Apple MacBooks or other Apple devices.

💼 Warranty Information: This service comes with a 12-month Return-to-Base (RTB) warranty covering the repair work carried out. If the replaced port fails within this period under normal usage, we’ll repair it at no additional cost. The warranty does not cover user damage, accidental damage, liquid ingress, or issues unrelated to the charge port.

📦 How It Works:

• Purchase the repair service to begin.
• You’ll receive instructions for sending your laptop to us. (Outgoing shipping to the service centre not included; return shipping is free via standard method.)
• Once received, we’ll complete the repair—usually within 3–5 working days.
• Your repaired laptop will be shipped back to you and ready for use.

📋 Terms & Conditions:

• Service applies to genuine laptops only—brand-name devices (e.g. HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc.).
• Apple devices (MacBooks, etc.) are not included.
• Any unrelated faults found during inspection will not be repaired unless separately authorised.
• Free standard return shipping is included via Royal Mail or Evri (UK Mainland). At checkout, you can choose from upgraded return shipping options with tracking or insurance.
